Terms & Conditions

1. Driver requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least one year.

2. Booking requests and confirmed reservations

Submitting a booking request on this website does not guarantee vehicle availability and is not a confirmed reservation. After receiving your request, EasyGo Halkidiki checks availability and contacts you by email, phone or WhatsApp. A reservation becomes confirmed only once EasyGo Halkidiki has explicitly accepted and confirmed your request.

All vehicles are offered "or similar": the vehicle shown is representative of the category, and the supplied vehicle may be the displayed model or a similar vehicle with comparable characteristics. The minimum rental period is 2 days. Prices shown are estimates (number of days × daily rate) until confirmed. A credit or debit card is required at pick-up for the security deposit.

3. Insurance

All vehicles include CDW insurance with a deductible. Full coverage options can be added at the counter.

4. Fuel policy

Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise, refueling fees apply.

5. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may incur a one-day fee.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Thessaloniki.
