1. Driver requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least one year.
2. Booking and payment
All bookings are confirmed via email or WhatsApp. A credit or debit card is required at pickup for the security deposit.
3. Insurance
All vehicles include CDW insurance with a deductible. Full coverage options can be added at the counter.
4. Fuel policy
Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise, refueling fees apply.
5. Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may incur a one-day fee.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Thessaloniki.
